My Flight Money claim dashboard
Track each claim from the first letter to payment. You claim yourself, in your own name; the dashboard shows the next step and when it is due.
What you get
- Your checker result carried over: the flight, the rules that apply and the amount.
- A status timeline: Draft, Sent to airline, Reply received, Escalated (ADR or the CAA, an EU enforcement body, or the CTA), then Paid or closed.
- Deadline countdowns: the airline's reply window, the date you can escalate, and the legal time limit.
- Prefilled letters: a first claim, a follow-up when there is no reply, 10 replies to common refusals, and escalation summaries.
- An evidence checklist and notes for each claim.
- No account: claims stay in your browser. Export them to a file and import them on another device.
Replies to refusals
One letter for each common rejection reason used across the airline guides and extraordinary circumstances pages, prefilled with your flight:
- Extraordinary circumstances
- Bad weather
- Air traffic control restrictions
- Strikes / industrial action
- Technical faults
- Knock-on / "earlier flight was delayed"
- "We have no record of your booking or delay"
- "Your claim is out of time"
- Vouchers instead of money (Art 7(3))
- Canada (APPR) rejections: "outside our control" or "required for safety"
Escalation steps
- UK: AviationADR or CEDR, or the CAA Passenger Advice and Complaints Team; ADR within 12 months of the airline's final response (or after 8 weeks with no reply). See UK261.
- EU: national enforcement body where the incident happened (official EU list (opent in een nieuw tabblad)), then court if needed.
- Canada: Canadian Transportation Agency complaint (free). See APPR.
On the do-it-yourself path you send every letter in your own name and keep all of the compensation. We do not contact the airline or take a share; the price is $29 one-time, plus sales tax where applicable.
Coming soon, optional: a done-for-you filing service, where we would submit, chase and follow up a claim for you for a percentage of what is recovered (fee TBD). It is not available yet. The dashboard works the same whether or not you ever use it.
Unlocked in this browser
Stripe has confirmed your payment, so every letter template in the dashboard is unlocked in this browser: the follow-up, the 10 replies to refusals and the escalation summary.

Questions about the dashboard
Do you take a share of my compensation?
Not when you claim yourself. The paid letters cost $29 USD one-time, plus sales tax where applicable, and you keep all of the compensation the airline pays you. A done-for-you service is not available yet: join the waitlist inside a claim. If it opens and you choose it, it would charge a percentage of what is recovered (fee TBD).
Can you handle my claim for me?
Not yet. We plan an optional done-for-you service in which we would submit your claim, chase the airline and follow up, for a percentage of what is recovered. It is not available yet, optional, and the fee is TBD. Inside each claim, "Prefer we handle it?" explains it and has the waitlist form.
Where are my claims stored?
Only in your browser, on the device you use (local storage). We have no copy and there is no account. Export your claims to a file to keep a backup or to move them to another device.
What happens if I clear my browser data?
Your claims are deleted with it, and we cannot recover them. Export them first, then import the file to restore them.
Which flights does it cover?
Claims under EU261, UK261 and Canada's APPR. US bumping is not tracked yet; see the US rules.
